Scott Neeson created the Cambodian Children's Fund twenty years ago and has transformed thousands of the most impoverished kids off a trash dump into tomorrow's leaders. The evening celebrated the 20th Anniversary and raised funds to sponsor students, providing access to primary school each day, food, and supplies to create a safe and loving home for a vulnerable child.
